Cancellation & Return Policy

Ecakezone believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Same day delivery order cannot be cancelled…

Order cannot be canceled or modified within 48 hrs from delivery date.

Please note that no refund will be provided once the delivery is done from Ecakezone.

If your cake is damaged or stale, kindly let us know within 24 hours and send us a picture.

Since cakes are perishable goods and are made to order, we would not be able to provide any refunds. No refunds for wrong addresses, recipient unavailable and other causes beyond the control of us would be entertained.

If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so by calling +91 9714117084 or email care@ecakezone.com. Please give at least 48 hours notice before the requested delivery date.

If order is cancelled before 48 hrs from the delivery date, Full order amount will be refunded after deducting the applicable taxes if any. The amount will be refunded to the customer’s account directly within 5-15 working days. Mode of payment will be online transfer via our payment gateway.

In rare case of service failure or quality complaint, you can write an email to care@ecakezone.com and our team will respond you as soon as possible.

Our support team will process a quick investigation on your order and in case of any quality / service failure found, we assure to re-deliver your product or equivalent of it within next 24 hrs.

Please note that no return of the amount will be made in case of damages, else the product will be re-delivered to the same address within 24 hrs if we found the case true. Return of order amount will only be applicable if a product is cancelled before 48 hrs of the delivery date.
