Ecakezone.com reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The Customer is therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions each time he or she uses the shopping service(s) of Eacakezone. By placing an order the client is authorizing the company to pass on the order to the respective merchant/supplier and make sure the product is delivered to the given address. While rendering the service www.ecakezone.com is acting only as an authorized representative of the client and not as his agent or in any other capacity.
In case of cakes (being perishable product) if the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered.
All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Ecakezone
Ecakezone reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been levied via credit card. In the event the payment has been processed by Ecakezone, the same shall be credited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email.
In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Ecakezone will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the customer and the on us to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the customer.
In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide.
To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included complete address, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so by calling +91 9714117084 (9 AM to 8 PM IST) or email firstname.lastname@example.org give at least 48 hours notice before the requested delivery date.
Order cannot be canceled or modified within 48 hrs from delivery date.
Delivery confirmation for all midnight deliveries will be notified next day before 10:00 am (from scheduled time of delivery).
Our normal delivery hours are between 10am- 8 pm
Midnight delivery hours are between 10:00 pm – 12:30 am
Same day Night Order should be placed before 2 PM, orders not delivered due to any reasons will be delivered next day.
We take preference “Preferred Delivery Time” from customer, it is for your convenience and we make our best efforts to deliver your order within “preferred timeline” however this is not guaranteed and may not always be possible.
Delivery shall be made on the ‘preferred day’, or a day earlier or later if it coincides with a festival day or a national holiday. In case of a delivery not possible on public holidays or local restriction, orders will be delivered on next working day. However please be assured that our team is working hard to get your orders delivered as soon as possible.
Your order will be considered as delivered and we will not be responsible for any damage or loss of items in any of the below situations:
A. Incorrect shipping address provided by sender in the order.
B .Unsuccessful delivery attempts arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
C. Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
If for any reason, the delivery is “refused by recipient”, the order will be considered as delivery attempted and no refund / change of order is acceptable in this case. We however will try our best to convince the recipient for accepting delivery.
A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer. We are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.

Fresh Fruit cakes are seasonable. We will only deliver if available in market.
